Harrington Athletes and Families,

We are excited to share a great opportunity for student-athletes! On Thursday, August 7th, Lincoln County Hospital will be hosting a Sports Physical Clinic at Harrington School. Please see the important details below:

• Date: Thursday, August 7, 2025
• Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Location: Harrington School (enter through the main office doors)
• Format: Walk-in only — no appointment necessary
• Cost: $40 (cash or check accepted)
• Forms: Physical forms can be printed from our school website or completed on-site.

Note: All pages of the physical form musts be turned in to the office or uploaded to FinalForms. The final page must include the provider's clearance with the appropriate box checked.

Need assistance with the cost? The Harrington Athletic Booster Club offers a scholarship application for families who may need financial support. Forms are available in the district office or can printed from our website under the Athletics tab.
